Stewart Morrison

Simon-Otter.jpgStewart’s main clinical and research interest is the paediatric foot and the impact of disease on the structure and function of children's feet. Stewart has held a number of grants related to the paediatric foot and is currently co-leading a five year research programme (Great Foundations) which is looking to advance our understanding of the development of the children's feet. This work compliments his extensive clinical expertise. Stewart has been involved in work looking at the impact of running footwear on foot and lower limb biomechanics. He was also involved in a multi-centre study looking at the role of foot and ankle impairments as predictors of mobility and balance problems in stroke survivors.
